POLICIES

• First night due upon booking, balance due 30 days prior to arrival. An email or regular mail confirmation will be sent upon receipt of first nights deposit.
  
• Personal checks, standard Visa or Master Cards accepted.
  
• Monthly stays require a $350 Security Deposit.
  
• Cancellations: 45 days notice required. If any cancellations occur, monies will be refunded upon re-rental of the suites or rooms cancelled.
  
• Pets - No pets please. We are happy to recommend a kennel.
  
• We are a non-smoking establishment - please only smoke outside where it does not affect other guests.
  
• Check-in - From 3:00 p.m. Earlier arrivals may be arranged.
  
• Check-out - 11:00 a.m.
