  • One nights deposit required upon booking. Balance due upon departure.

  • Cancellations - Require 45 days notice prior to arrival date for a refund less a $25 fee. Unless a room is filled, payment of all reservation dates is required.
  • Check-in from 3:00 p.m. (earlier arrivals may be arranged)
  • We are a NON-smoking bed and breakfast. Please only smoke outside where it does not affect other guests.
  • Pets - We are happy to make arrangements for pets at a nearby kennel
